Event Management: Event Operations/Management

CSE is an event-based business bringing athletes together for skill and performance testing and an evaluation by college coaches. CSE uniquely combines objective measurements using state-of-the-art technology and a subjective in-person assessment by college coaches to derive a proprietary college athlete readiness CSE*Score for each participating athlete.

Based in Fort Collins, Colorado, CSE provides high school athletes and their parents an unfiltered and unbiased summary of the player’s skills, development needs and the college level in which those skills fit.

We have an opening for a motivated, talented and energetic Regional Sales Manager who will build trusting relationships to engage college, high school and club coaches with the objective to run15-20 annual evaluation events within your designated region. Current and former college coaches will serve as talent evaluators for each event.  College coaches, along with club organizations, are candidates to co-host evaluation events and generate participation.

Events are established in one of four ways:

1)    Add-on to a tournament

2)    Hosted by a college for recruiting and fundraising

3)    Hosted by a club as a value add for their players

4)    Standalone evaluation event for an area

A successful candidate will create event opportunities, secure necessary fields/courts, generate participation (in collaboration with CSE Marketing) and ensure the event is professionally executed.
