Technical Services: Technical Support/Help Desk
Position Purpose:
Provides technical service support: installation, maintenance, and software training support; and monitors/develops procedures for personal computer/workstations and network management.  Ensures that personal computers, workstations and networks are functioning properly and are available for the intended uses.  Be available to assist the IT Team on various assigned IT tasks and willingness to take ownership of systems and processes where appropriate.  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up of employee workstation computers
  • Set up and maintain printers both local and network for all users
  • Provide application and desktop support to all users including hardware troubleshooting
  • Assist resources of all levels within the organization with various system related issues
  • Create and maintain technical help manuals
  • Work with team to setup and breakdown on location for major events
  • Assist with infrastructure project related tasks 
  • Ability to take direction and learn on the job to further enhance skillset
  • Willingness to wear different hats and be flexible to perform the needed tasks to get the job done
  • Professional level verbal, written, and time management skills
  • Accountable to complete assigned tasks to satisfaction and per set deadline
  • Able to work independently on assigned tasks with minimal supervision, but also a team player
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization including Executive Management

Education and/or Experience:
  • Position requires communication and time management skills
  • Candidate must have the ability to “switch gears” from one project to another efficiently
  • Experience with basic desktop support skills
  • General Windows XP and MAC knowledge is required,
  • Droid and IOS experience is preferred
