The Ontario Reign is seeking an Activation Executive; Corporate Partnerships who is responsible for the coordination and fulfillment of corporate partnership agreements, renewing of corporate partners and the coordination of events for the Ontario Reign of the American Hockey League. 

 | 1. |  Responsible for organizing, maintaining, and fulfilling assigned book of corporate sponsor agreements and their outlined contractual obligations. 
 | 2. |   Assist with Proof of Performance, mid-season and end of season recap decks as well as tracking impactful data like social media posts and web content.
 | 3. |   Assist with the selling process and renewal conversation by attending sales meetings.
 | 4. |   Report sponsorship data on a weekly basis on KORE, AHL Analytics.  Assist Finance with tracking and contract fulfillment.
 | 5. |   Provide on-going customer service for assigned corporate sponsorship's through various means including, but not limited to, direct contact and corporate partner gatherings.
 | 6. |   Participate in planning events for sponsors, such as:  Corporate Dinner, Holiday Gathering, Networkers.
 | 7. |   Responsible for working and attending team events, promotions, venue events; cultivating and building a good working relationship with different personnel and departments with the team
 | 8. |   Provide excellent support to all Departments. Perform special projects as assigned by management. Support all policies and procedures of the organization.  
 | 9. |   Responsible for overseeing the planning of all prospecting, season ticket member, community events, Beerfests and Cool School. Main point of contact for arena in regard to catering, event spaces and suites.
 | 10. |  Streamline mascot appearances, game day concourse presentation, and assist in execution of theme nights and group events.
