Our Corporate Sales & Service Department has a passion for what we do and who we serve. The Iowa Wild grows and energizes the passionate talent it needs to help grow the game of hockey in Iowa. We have a vision of empowered people that put service at the heart of everything we do, both on and off the ice, and our Client Services Coordinator plays a key role in bringing that vision to life. 

As our Client Services Coordinator, YOU WILL:
  • Have a “My Pleasure” attitude. Going above and beyond is a way of life in the Corporate Sales & Service Department. You are a pivotal part to retaining and growing our corporate client base. You will build trust with clients through your diligent follow up, top notch problem solving and personal touch that deepens your connection with clients. These clients become a part of the Iowa Wild family and a lasting partnership you’ll keep for many years to come.
  • Be WILD about events. You are part of the core activation team; servicing all Wild home games, client parties, annual golf tournaments, fishing derbies, outdoor community events and more! You will communicate with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure all events for our fans are memorable. You’ll know our partners’ needs, our department needs and seamlessly execute your tasks to a tee! You make sure any minute details are on point, the artwork is accurate and is showcased at the events. Your event preparation comes to fruition by ensuring the concourse tables are ready, our clients have their tickets in hand, and all interactive games, food and beverage are ready to be enjoyed. You are an important ambassador by directly impacting and enhancing our fans experience to deepen bonds with our Iowa Wild team.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule; nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
