Guest Services Coordinator

The Company:
Black Knight Sports & Entertainment LLC owns the NHL’s Vegas Golden Knights, and is launching an American Hockey League (AHL) team, in Henderson, Nevada. The Henderson Silver Knights will serve as the primary minor league affiliate to the Golden Knights.

Essential Functions:
The Guest Services Coordinator will assist the Director of Guest Services & Events in all areas of event execution to include but not limited to scheduling, ordering supplies, and overseeing events.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Understand and relay information related to programming offered at City National Arena and the Vegas Golden Knights 
  • Oversee the off-ice events 
  • Responsible for daily/nightly bank deposits and cash til 
  • Assist with catering options, ordering supplies, and third-party vendor relations 
  • Provide and organize content for Lifeguard  Arena’s Social Media Platforms 

Key Competencies and Experience:
  • Must execute a high-level of professionalism both written and verbal. 
  • Exhibit exceptional customer services. 
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, intense environment
  • 1 or more year’s experience in event planning, hospitality industry or a related degree or certification in hospitality management or event planning
  • Ability to give as well as take direction well, and work within various teams to discuss and plan new ideas. 
  • Ability to demonstrate a flexible can do attitude
  • Self-starter, pro-active, highly motivated 


Schedule Overview:
Schedule may vary. This is a full-time position. Candidates must be prepared to work nights, weekends and holidays
