JOB SUMMARY:
 
The Chicago Wolves Professional Hockey Team seeks an enthusiastic, high-energy individual to serve as an administrative, promotions & fulfillment coordinator.  This individual will be at the front desk in the office where duties are to organize and maintain the everyday workflow of business, increasing company-wide productivity and efficiency.  The position provides a great opportunity to learn about the operations of a professional sports team, allowing for involvement will all departments in the company.  This is a full-time position.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Plan, sell and execute promotional dates for each Wolves season. This includes managing third-party vendors, setting up ticket packages for customers and selling the event to appropriate group and individual customers
  • Lead fulfillment of group sales initiatives and events
  • Administrative support for group sales initiatives; including packaging/mailing tickets, order form creation, collateral and campaign management
  • Research and building lead lists for group sales
  • Answer inbound phone calls; route them to the appropriate department in the office
  • Communicating game day catering orders for the organization
  • Management of various direct mail campaigns
  • Organizational support in some additional administrative duties; laminating credentials/passes, filing, rolling t-shirts, and processing donation requests as needed
  • Oversee office mail including incoming, outgoing mail & ordering supplies
  • Attendance at some Wolves home games and other events
  • Other duties as assigned
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Extremely strong organizational, time-management skills and high attention to detail
  • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to handle multiple projects at one time
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • A strong focus on relationship management and customer retention
  • Ability to function in fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Available to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings and weekends as needed
 
 EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Relevant sales or service experience preferred (experience using ticket software Archtics a plus)
  • High energy; ability to remain focused on task-oriented goals and work independently
