JOB SUMMARY

We are currently recruiting people who share a passion for hockey and will strive to provide world-class plus service to Tampa Bay Lightning fans at the Shops at Wiregrass. Be a part of the Team behind the Teams and work in a fun, exciting environment with the Retail Team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet fans and provide world-class plus service
Assist fans with retail purchases through Point of Sale (POS) systems
Assist with stocking retail merchandise on sales floor
Assist with replenishing retail merchandise on displays/shelves during and after games
Assist with inventory of merchandise
Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 18 years old with high school diploma or GED required
Must successfully complete pre-employment background check screening
Experience working in retail or sales preferred, cash handling skills preferred
Ability to learn and retain inventory knowledge so that you will be able to assist guests looking for certain products and utilize knowledge to up sell retail products
Ability to provide a fun and professional environment for fans
Outgoing personality and desire to provide world-class plus service to fans
Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional accuracy when using Point of Sale (POS) systems
Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time and ability to lift a maximum of 25 pounds
Physical requirements include sitting, walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, lifting, and grasping
