Part-time Platinum Services Attendant

JOB SUMMARY
A position with the Platinum Services Department requires proven World Class customer service skills, motivation, dependability, and exceptional communication skills. The candidate who earns a spot in this division shows unconditional professionalism with clientele and guests in our premium seating and ADA areas (suites, ADA entrances and all other premium seating areas). This position is responsible for greeting guests, unlocking suite doors, giving tours of our premium areas, and keeping the lines of communication open with Sport Service, Concierges, and Event Supervisors.  It is vital to assist the concierges and develop a relationship with the premium seating clientele.  This position requires availability to work no less than 80% of all events.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist guests with any questions, concerns or special requests
  • Search guests’ personal items in a prompt, but friendly manner
  • Scan tickets for entry with a smile and a friendly greeting
  • Check tickets to ensure the proper guests are entering our premium areas
  • Assist guests with disabilities in all ADA areas
  • Assist Guest Services department as needed
  • Communicate guests’ needs and/or requests to the Concierges and Suite Attendants
  • Develop positive working relationships with all arena departments, especially Sport Service, as well as all premium seating clientele
  • Enforce all building policies and procedures during an event to assure safety and security for all
  • Must handle any and all guest-related matters in a professional and courteous manner
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Compliance with our company policy of Background Checks and Drug Screening
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Enjoy interacting with people and building new relationships
  • Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time including walking long distances and stairs
  • Ability to lift a maximum of 25 pounds   
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays and double shifts
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
