POSITION SUMMARY
This position values guests and is committed to providing a positive impression with World Class Service.  It is a behind the scenes position that is responsible for the repair and maintenance of all wood and other construction related products.  This position requires physical activity including standing, walking, climbing, stooping, reaching and ability to lift 50 pounds. 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES                                           
  • Maintain and repair millwork in office areas, suites and food service areas.
  • Design cost estimate and build various structures from rough construction through to finish. 
  • Maintain and repair various floor surfaces including carpeting, wood, ceramic and vinyl tiles.
  • Maintain and repair various show related equipment including flooring, staging, risers, tables and chairs.
  •  Work with materials such as wood, glass, plastic, fiberglass, or drywall.
  • Utilize chisels, planes, saws, drills, and sanders to repair and erect structures. Use levels, rules, plumb bobs, framing squares, and surveying equipment to ensure everything is level and secure.
  • Replace panes of glass, ceiling tiles, and doors. Repair and install concrete pavers.
  • Install cabinets and molding, build and or repair furniture
  • Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Compliance with our company policy of Background Checks and Drug Screening
  • Teamwork with emphasis on safety in the workplace.
  • Flexible work schedule, willing to work irregular hours and shifts including weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays. 
  • Able to work with job related tools.
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent attendance, Time management and attention to detail
  • Thorough knowledge of state and local codes
