Facility Operations/Event Staff: Parking Operations
This position provides parking support for the designated Amalie Arena parking facilities.

  • Control and monitor access and entry to employee parking lots and garages
  • Greet employees upon arrival, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming experience
  • Maintain a friendly, helpful and professional demeanor
  • Scan employee badges and provide entry to authorized vehicles while restricting access to unauthorized vehicles
  • Direct employees to available parking spaces 
  • Provide employees with directions and other venue information
  • Evaluate parking to ensure optimal utilization of area 
  • Monitor parking facility for safety and security of employees and vehicles
  • Ensure compliance to all safety regulations and company policies and inform management of observed violations
  • Respond to all comments/complaints in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
  • Maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts
  • Assist in facilitating employee shuttle operation
  • May be required to operate a passenger shuttle vehicle to transport employees short distances
  • Other related duties, as assigned

  • Compliance with our company policy of Background Checks 
  • If assigned to driving duties, must have the ability to operate a passenger vehicle and a possess a valid Florida driver’s license and safe driving record
  • Must be polite, friendly and possess excellent communication skills
  • Prior parking experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and to work with or without supervision 
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • The ability to work various hours as needed including nights and weekends
  • The physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances
  • Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat and weather conditions
