The Huntsville Havoc are searching for college students looking to gain experience in this highly competitive field of sports business. We are looking for an intern that is willing to go above and beyond what is asked of them on a daily basis. We are looking for a strong and independent worker that can handle a wide variety of tasks. We ask for dependability and commitment, as we will work together as a team.
Answer phones and handle customer questions effectively.
Sell single game and group ticket packages
Demonstrate the ability to assist all departments with customer outreach efforts.
Data entry and maintenance of operations & ticketing spreadsheets.
Attend philanthropic events in the surrounding communities
Monitor and update inventory for merchandise and rewards programs.
Assist Fan Services Coordinator develop and implement new Rewards concepts
Current college student or recent graduate
Ability to provide your own housing and transportation to and from Huntsville area
Enthusiasm, creativity, and a desire to learn sales.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite Office.
Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
Excellent customer service and communication skills to all fans
Familiarity with TicketMaster One and TMwin99 preferred, but not required
