The PHF is the regarded as the top professional women’s hockey league in the world. Established in 2015 as the National Women’s Hockey League, the NWHL rebranded to become the PHF in 2021. In 2022 the PHF announced a $25 million dollar investment dedicated to sustained growth, healthcare, salaries and resources. The league is made up of the Boston Pride, Buffalo Beauts, Connecticut Whale, Metropolitan Riveters, Minnesota Whitecaps, an expansion team in Montreal and the Toronto Six who all compete annually (from November-April) for the Isobel Cup Championship.

Duties and Responsibilities

This position is responsible for the activation, service and fulfillment of all PHF corporate partners. These contractual deliverables will include broadcast elements, social and digital content, venue and uniform signage, special event management, community activation and hospitality. They will report to and work closely with the CMO on building strong relationships, executing contractual elements, recapping season long partnerships and renewing expiring contracts. They will also be tasked with identifying new prospects and helping to create pitch decks and proposals.

The Manager position will need to be a liaison between the PHF league office and all of the PHF teams, vendors, broadcast partners and other organizations. The applicant ideally will have 2+ years of prior experience working for a team, league or agency on partnership fulfillment. This position may manage some part-time staff.
