The Vegas Golden Knights is the newest expansion franchise in the National Hockey League (NHL) and the first major professional sports team in the history of Las Vegas and the state of Nevada. The franchise began play in the fall of 2017 and is seeking the best and brightest candidates to join its business team. We are currently seeking experienced candidates for the role of Ticketing Sales & Services Coordinator in preparation for our 2018-19 season.

Summary/General Description:  The Ticketing Sales & Services Coordinator will support the Ticketing Sales & Service teams, with a focus on new season ticket memberships and servicing current Season Ticket Members. This position will manage various projects and tasks that support the success of sales and renewals, while providing service to an assigned number of Season Ticket Members.

The ideal candidate will be motivated to learn, work and grow in the sports and entertainment industry. The candidate must have a demonstrated background building reports, presentations, and proposals for team executives. Experience with written mass communication is a strong plus. A large portion of the job duties will entail writing emails and text messages to Season Ticket Members and Golden Knights fans.


·         Support the Ticket Sales and Membership Services Directors and other teammates in the ticketing department
·         Own and manage internal and external database and tracking documents, including CRM system, asset management, and budget documents
·         Create, design, customize and update department presentations
·         Draft and organize documents through DocuSign
·         Assist in the creation of department reports, surveys and other data centric measuring tools to help decision making
·         Monitor the fulfillment of the Membership Benefits, Event Suites and Group Sales Program, Ticket Sales Initiatives, and Event Planning
·         Collaborate with other departments on planning events and creating marketing graphics

·         Build rapport and establish influential relationships with premium clients through world-class service
·         Coordinate suite catering orders with clients. Build and foster a strategically gainful partnership with vendors and concessionaire
·         Assist the Suite Sales team in creating sales collateral and scheduling tours with T-Mobile Arena
·         Serve as a support liaison for all sales and membership events and work all Vegas Golden Knights home hockey games

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing or related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in sports/entertainment hospitality, events, or marketing.
  • High level of computer efficiency, including Microsoft based applications, such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Dynamics CRM. Additional software includes, AXS Ticketing Database, DocuSign, Formstack, SurveyMonkey and Marketo email marketing.
  • Provides superior customer service through email, phone and face-face interactions.
  • Possess excellent, professional communication skills, including written and oral correspondence. This includes the ability to establish a rapport with others and build strong interpersonal relationships with a variety of personalities.
  • Able to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings.
  • Must be dependable, flexible and able to adapt to a variety of situations.
