Event Management: Event Operations/Management
The role of Director of Ticket Operations will collaborate with the Vice President of Ticket Operations in the successful planning and execution of ticketing for the League’s Special Events.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The position of Director of Ticket Operations is responsible for but not limited to the following:
The ideal candidate will have a degree from a four-year college or university and have a required minimum experience of 5 years in a Ticketmaster environment. Specifically, the ideal candidate should be proficient in Archtics, Ticketmaster Host, Presence and TM One.
They should have strong competencies in planning, project management, leadership, and organization.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in a similar ticketing environment. They must have superior interpersonal skills as it relates to co-workers and customers alike and must be detail oriented. Candidate must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude and workflow. The ability to work extended hours and/or weekends and travel is essential. This position requires a logical thinker, someone able to work through unfamiliar and unique situations as well as display the discipline required for attention to detail, procedures and accuracy.
