The CRM Coordinator will assist with all of the Blue Jackets’ CRM data within the club’s CRM system, including cleaning and loading data, creating campaigns, tracking lead performance, creating CRM reports in Tableau for managers and directors, training new CRM users, and creating workflows to streamline CRM processes. The CRM Coordinator will also be responsible for achieving the overall department goals of growing the fan base, delivering quality metrics on key performance indicators, and growing revenue.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, MIS, Marketing or related field with a quantitative focus preferred; and a minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training in CRM; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Microsoft CRM and ticketing databases.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
