Retail/Licensing: Retail Sales Associate
 Job Overview:
The Sales Associate will be responsible for customer service and the sale of merchandise and novelties to the fans/customers of the Carolina Hurricanes. Must have have knowledge about merchandise and provide information and answer questions for customers. Assist with receiving, tagging and restocking merchandise. Will also be responsible for closing out register sales for the day.
Starting pay is $10.00 per hour

Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old. Must have excellent communication, customer service skills as well as exceptional attention to detail. Previous register experience and above average math skills are preferred
  • Should be able to stand for long periods of time including walking up and down stairs and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Must be available for 75% of monthly events each month. Position will work long hours for outside events. Must have availability nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Must pass criminal background check.
