The Opportunity
You will manage Premium Club (Luxury Suites, Club Seating, Restaurants & Bars, etc.) financial functions including oversight and tracking of revenue, invoicing, payments, security deposits, outside sales commission, premium seating contracts, and customer relations.

  • Managing $50+ million in annual Premium Club revenue and associated Bruins and Celtics ticket assessments through the preparation and distribution of invoices and the collecting and posting of payments to customer accounts.
  • Manage Premium Club database (Ticketmaster Archtics) for proper contract terms, annual license amounts, term year spreadsheets, client invoicing, client payments, security deposits, team ticketing and customer contact information.
  • Generate various reports to ensure accurate and timely payments to the teams in accordance with lease terms.
  • Preparation of monthly journal entries relating to Garden garage parking receipts collected through the Premium Club invoicing process
  • Originate accurate and timely journal entries, reconciliations, month end and year end closing documentation and prepare various system queries for service and sales mailings. Create reports and prepare analyses as requested by Controller.
  • Make sound and reasoned decisions in a timely manner on various matters of significance as it relates to customer accounts (i.e. payment plans for past due accounts and ticket releases).
  • Review monthly sales commissions for Premium Club sales team and report commissions to Controller for approval.Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Accounting/Finance degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of related experience – contract administration, ticketing and customer service
  • Requires excellent organization, communication, computer and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • The ability to make sound and independent decisions based on data analyses and complete understanding of the issues and our corporate objectives is key.Who We Are
