The Opportunity
The Business Solutions team enables our organization to leverage data in every facet of the business, from operational needs to strategic planning. We leverage our technical proficiencies and understanding of the business and the industry to implement systems, tools, automation, and data flow processes that allow our stakeholders to achieve their goals.

The Marketing Solutions Analyst leads and manages the marketing automation platforms that enables our organization to communicate directly with our fans via email, mobile, web and social channels.
Partner with our Analytics and Digital Marketing teams to build and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns across email, mobile, web and social channels
Develop automated and triggered email marketing campaigns leveraging fan demographics, fan engagement, personalized and dynamic content
Collaborate with our Solutions Analyst and Salesforce Administrator to build data flows across Eloqua, Salesforce, and our data management platform

Responsibilities
  •  Build targeted segments in our campaign management tool leveraging fan demographics, purchase behavior, event attendance, digital engagement metrics and more
  • Execute email and mobile campaigns leveraging personalization and dynamic content
  • Lead and administer the integration of our marketing automation platforms supporting email, mobile, web, and social
  • Manage the health of our digital subscriptions and engagement of our fans
  • Support the integration of our marketing automation platforms with downstream applications such as Salesforce, our data management platform and Tableau

Qualifications
  •  Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related technical field
  • At least two years of experience in marketing automation, email marketing, digital marketing     Proven experience developing and executing email marketing campaigns with the knowledge of increasing key marketing metrics
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM and other digital marketing concepts
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms; e.g. Oracle Eloqua, IBM Marketing Cloud
  • Use of a campaign management tool; e.g. SAS Marketing Automation/CI Studio,  Adobe Campaign, IBM Unica Campaign
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts and processes to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent project management, planning & problem-solving skills
  • The candidate must be fluent in English
  • Ability to occasionally work weekends and after hours

Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of relational databasesProficiency in SQL
  • Experience with a BI reporting and data visualization tool; e.g. Tableau, Microstrategy, SSRS, Crystal, Business Objects
  • Experience with middle layer integrations leveraging RESTful web services or middle layer platforms such as JitterBit, Zapier or Dell Boomi
  • Experience with a CRM application; Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
