Job Title: Panthers Vision

The Florida Panthers are a community focused organization led by an authentic management team that serves the South Florida community. We are looking for hard working, customer service-oriented individuals with a pride and passion for Sports + Entertainment. Employees will be responsible for a wide range of duties assigned on a week by week basis from events/game operations. The staff will be exposed to a variety of aspects related to Sport Management and will provide those looking to enter a career in sports or event management valuable experience for career growth.
Under the direction of the Game Presentation Department as well as other internal participants, the Game Presentation Team is looking for eager people to join the Game Night Panthers Vision Staff!
Specific duties include but are not limited to:
- Running multiple control room positions at Florida Panthers Home Games.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, live entertainment environment.
- Communicating via headset with the all game night staff.
- Must be available for most Florida Panthers Home Games. Including weekends & holidays.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Must have Control Room Experience.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic a must. Must have a “team-first” mentality with and eagerness to learn
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a non-exempt position. Must be able to work flexible hours
