Job Summary 
Prep and produce quality and consistent food according to the spec's instructed by Food & Beverage Manager and compliant with safety and sanitation standards for Panther Point and the Florida Panthers IceDen. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Season and cook food according to recipes and customer requests 
  • Prepare a maximum of 20 orders concurrently 
  • Regulate temperature of ovens, fryers, grills and stoves
  • Prepare all meat, vegetables and garnish to utilize at the grill station
  • Deliver food to designated guest
  • Clean and sanitize all carry trays, plates, and utensils
  • Dispose of all trash and cardboard boxes
  • Ensure kitchen, walk in cooler and storage areas are clean, neat and organized
  • Lift, transport and tap kegs
  • Assist bartenders, cashiers, and cooks as needed
  • Sanitize and clean work station, grill, fryers, hoods and other kitchen equipment as needed  
  • Complete assigned tasks from manager and/or supervisor          
  • Must comply with all Safe Serv procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
 
Required Knowledge/Skills/Job Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in food preparation and cooking (Preferred) 
  • Must be experienced with flat top cooking and deep frying (Preferred)
  • Experience in proper cleaning of flat top stove and deep fryers (Preferred)
  • Must be able to handle 20 – 25 orders within a 30-minute time period
  • Speed, Cleanliness & Organizational skills
  • Understanding of food presentation, preparation, knowledge of portion control, and FIFO
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail
  • Flexibility with work schedule- Nights, weekends, and holidays are mandatory
