RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interact with guests, co-workers, supervisors, and management in a friendly and professional manner
- Respond accordingly to guest requests, concerns and complaints.
- Be noticeable to the public in order to encourage guests to buy tickets online
- Assist clients in placing online orders and protecting client information
- Assist in organizing the aprons and/or performing other duties in the 50/50 Room as needed
- Set a positive example for other Ambassadors and volunteers to encourage more sales
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent people skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients at all levels within the organization
- Promotes, encourages and demonstrates excellent customer service
- Possess good organization skills to accurately perform detailed work
- A positive can do attitude with the ability to work effectively and enthusiastically as a team player
- An animated, high-energy level with the ability to move around the Rogers Place safely and quickly
- Ability and willingness to work evening, weekend and holidays as required
- Must be over 18 years old
- Requires the completion of a Police Background Check
- Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
