Role Summary:
Reports to the Director, Media Relations & Broadcasting. The Manager, Video & Graphic Services is the lead role for video production. This is a video intensive position with the ability to assist in marketing, digital media, and graphic design.

Core Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Primarily responsible for the organization’s video production including, but not limited to, commercial production, in-house video board content, digital media content, and sponsorable elements
  • Produces graphic and video content, including highlights and promotional material, for the team’s digital media channels working with the Director of Media Relations and Broadcasting
  • Produces digital media advertising, both in-house and with media partners
  • Shoots and edits interviews and looks for avenues to generate revenue through video and digital production
  • Manages Condors.TV
  • Tracks, budgets, and offers recommendations on digital media advertising
  • Assists with creating sales and marketing collateral
  • Assists with game night broadcast elements including clipping highlights, producing packages, and fulfilling sponsorship elements
  • Broadcast, reporting, and on-camera possibilities available
  • Production of written content possibility available

Education, Experience and Skills:
  • Degree is In lieu of degree, extensive experience in a related field will be considered
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field
  • Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Proficient in conceptualizing, shooting, and editing video
  • Fluent or proficient in After Effects preferred (ability to create motion graphics preferred)
  • Experience in green-screen production and postproduction is a plus as well
  • Experience managing social media accounts preferred
  • Experience creating and tracking digital advertising
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent work ethic, self-motivated and team player
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
  • Must have access to a vehicle and a motor vehicle license (or ability to obtain one prior to employment)
  • Successful applicant must provide proof of full Covid-19 vaccination
