Job Description:

  • Rapid City Rush of the ECHL is seeking a leader to help generate memories and experiences of a lifetime through the sale of season ticket memberships, mini-plans, group tickets, and hospitality.  
  • This position will help service existing accounts, work all home games, and cultivate relationships with their season membership/group clientele to create experiences you, and they, will never forget. 
  • The VP of Sales will also organize fun outside office events with your team to work for the purpose of promoting sales. Don’t forget to bring your golf clubs.


  • Work as a team with multiple departments to help create fun experiences. The team consists of Membership Sales, Corporate Sponsor Partnerships, Community Relations, Media Relations, and Operations.
  • Bring out your creative and developing skills to sell new sales concepts to exceed your revenue goals 
  • We want to provide you with sales tools.  We provide a laptop to email/work from anywhere, next gen office phones, texting platform, and paid networking events.
  • Many outside events/parties to develop and grow relationships with current and new clients to increase selling opportunities through exceptional service and referrals.

  • Knows how to win and communicate as a team.
  • Ability to work irregular hours. Summer golf events are just too fun.
  • Are you hardworking, motivated, and like to create memories? Think of that group of 100 you sold taking a photo on the ice; You and your group not being able to focus because you are talking about the awesome fight/game; And how much fun they had that they start talking about when the next group outing is.
