Facility Operations/Event Staff: Game Day/Event Staff
Summary:
If you are looking towards a career in events and know the value of providing an energetic and welcoming experience for guests, we want to hear from you!  The Blackhawks are looking to build a Fan Events Team that will be the “boots-on-the-ground” for all summer team events.  Team members will be responsible for the set-up, tear down and execution for assigned team events, including but not limited to; Blackhawks Summer events/festivals, ticket and sponsorship promotions, and miscellaneous team events. We are looking for individuals who are eager to gain hands on experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are excited to play a major role in delivering legendary fan experiences for the Chicago Blackhawks! 
 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the setup, execution, and tear down of various team events. Including, summer marketing events, sponsorship and ticketing initiatives, community programs, etc… 
  • Support the Fan Events and Experience Team in implementing event requirements.
  • Set up and tear down all site equipment, props and promotional items
  • Assist in the management of Blackhawks marketing asset inventory and maintenance 
  • Perform all other duties as assigned   
 
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Highly motivated with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to problem solve in high-pressure situations

  • Passion for working with others in a team setting
  • Committed pro-active approach to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
  • Experience working in an entertainment venue, arena or Street Team will be considered an asset. 



·       The ability to skate is often required in this role, but is not mandatory for all team members
