Sponsorship Sales & Activation: Activation
Reporting to the Director, Corporate Partnerships Service & Retention, in this role you will assist in organizing all aspects of the corporate partnership inventory assets. You will use your skills to support all Account Managers with partnership recaps, case studies and asset implementation and activations.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to develop partnership recaps and case studies that focus on achieving partner KPI’s
  • Schedule all TV/Radio drops with Marketing and pull TV screenshots off taped games
  • Contact all sweepstakes prize winners and fulfill prizing
  • Schedule all alumni appearances for banquet parties and other in-stadium and out of arena appearances (game days and non-game days) 
  • Create spec documents for all aspects of partnership inventory (i.e., digital ad sizing, in-stadium signage, etc.)
  • Work with WGN Radio and NBC Sports Chicago to traffic all radio spots and virtual signage ads
  • Create dashboards for dasherboard layouts, LED logs, scoreboard logs, virtual signage inventory, billboard advertising, Fifth Third Arena inventory and radio features.
  • Manage all levels of hospitality and create charts for partner suites, banquet parties, group ticket allotments, partner season tickets and work with Director on partnership trip details
  • Create charts for all partner VIP experiences that include penalty box experiences, on-ice anthem experiences, Zamboni entrance during warm ups, player bench seats, Zamboni rides and head coach meet and greets
  • Work with CR to organize all autograph signing needs for the department on signing days
  • Work with Levy and coordinate the ordering of food and beverage for Corporate Partnerships Department suites
  • Send out suite tickets and parking for clients attending games
  • Actively participate in internal brainstorms, including taking a role in the development of ideas and assist in the vetting of those ideas
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Premiere Pro preferred; ability to learn and adapt to new technology and software 
  • Flexible and reliable standout colleague, always acting in the best interest of their department and the company
  • Ability to craft and maintain productive, positive relationships 
  • Exhibit a natural curiosity, creativity and innovation
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Basic knowledge of partnership activation, sponsorship sales, and sports/entertainment marketing partnerships practices
  • Some level of experience in market research and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data
  • Ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays
