Overview:
Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in our pro shop. As a member of our Pro Shop Staff, you'll contribute
to the seamless execution of events and ensure the overall success of our pro shop. This position includes evening
and weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
 Warmly greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
 Provide detailed product information, answer inquiries, and offer personalized recommendations.
 Resolve customer complaints effectively, escalating issues when necessary.
 Process transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or point-of-sale systems.
 Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
 Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints courteously.
Product Knowledge:
 Assist customers in locating products and share information on discounts and promotions.
 Keep current with new product arrivals and pricing changes.
Visual Merchandising:
 Ensure that displays and signage align with the store's visual merchandising standards.
 Contribute to setting up eye-catching seasonal displays and promotional areas.
 Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
 Restock shelves, monitor inventory levels, and report low-stock items.
Cash Handling:
 Accurately handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
 Balance cash registers at the end of shifts and report any discrepancies.
Team Collaboration:
 Work collaboratively with team members, fostering effective communication.
 Assist in training new employees and provide support to colleagues as needed.
Loss Prevention:
 Monitor and prevent theft or loss, following established security procedures.
 Report any suspicious activities to store management.
General Maintenance:
 Perform housekeeping duties, including dusting, sweeping, etc.
Qualifications and Skills:
 Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
 Basic math skills for accurate transaction handling.
 Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
Physical Requirements:
 Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise (up to 30lbs) as needed.
 Must successfully pass pre-employment background screening.
 Flexibility in scheduling (days, nights, and weekends).
 Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and stand for an extended period.
