The Sr. Manager, Partnerships is responsible for supporting the SVP, Partnerships as it
relates to WTA partners across various industries. Duties will include: developing
creative concepts, partner servicing, ROI reporting, budget management and renewal
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing and optimizing WTA partnerships for marketing integrations; main focus on managing campaigns and activations including but not limited to: enhancing current partnership activations, maximizing all opportunities for exposure, and providing additional value for the partnership
  • Plan, execute and track process partnership deliverables against current partner business objectives and KPIs; ultimately generate maximum ROI, ROO and results
  • Build & nurture relationships with key stakeholders/partners; including but not limited to organizing and attend key sponsorship meetings, functions and activations
  • Key source of inbound information about partnership strategy and the translation of the partner’s needs into proactive solutions working with WTA Marketing, Digital and Creative Services teams
  • Manage partnership budget and ensure all resources are utilized to optimum levels
  • Work with partners to identify further needs of the organization where the business’s resources and services can improve the experiences for key stakeholders (players, coaches, tournaments, fans, staff, etc)
  • Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sports management, business administration or related field required. MBA or master’s equivalent preferred
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in partnership development, agencies, marketing or sports/entertainment is preferred
  • Experience with international/global brands
  • Knowledge of and passion for women’s tennis preferred

Travel Requirements:
  • Up to 25-50% to domestic and international destinations

Working Conditions
The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate. The passage of

The employee is required to sit for long periods; use close/distant vision; hear using the
telephone; bend at the waist and knee; communicate verbally and electronically with
worldwide constituency; use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone
keyboard. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
