Job Title:           Coordinator, Partnerships
 Department: Partnerships

Based in St. Petersburg, FL. The Partnerships Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Partnerships team.  Duties will include: research and ideation; developing creative concepts; collaborating on sales pitch/presentation materials; and support partner servicing. 

Reports to:      VP, Partnerships 
Supervisory Responsibilities:              N/A

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Research and identify new prospects and potential sponsors’ businesses to understand their marketing objectives
  • Manage and provide appropriate research data for business development efforts
  • Support global sales team at client/agency meetings by managing pre-meeting activity, including pitch, presentations, and proposals
  • Identify current trends in the industry and incorporate these ideas and concepts into new and existing partnership proposals 
  • Help track day-to-day fulfillment of contractual benefits for current partners to optimize relationships 
  • Work with the Partnership team members to enhance current partnership activations, identify new net revenue opportunities, and provide additional value for the partnerships 
  • Assist in the partner renewal process by understanding current partner business objectives and KPIs to generate maximum ROI, ROO and results
  • Ability to interface with multiple WTA departments (i.e. marketing, communications, digital, etc.) and effectively provide integrated solutions for potential and existing partners
  • Manage WTA tournaments database: partners, attendance, audience, results and contacts
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned 

Desired skills and background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in sports management, business administration or related field.
  • Previous experience supporting partnership campaigns or in a creative marketing role in sports/entertainment is preferred
  • Strong experience in Powerpoint, Excel 
  • Excellent communication skills (written & presentation) 
  • Creative and innovative thinker  
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team yet self-motivated and can work independently
  • Must be outstanding in ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands and priorities
  • High level of professionalism
  • Experience with creative software is a plus
