Assist in the development and execution of marketing initiatives for the US Open. Report to US Open Marketing Manager and support Pro Tennis Marketing team.  Proof of Covid vaccination required.

  • Support Pro Tennis Marketing team across all areas of US Open brand management including assisting in facilitation of logo approval requests
  • Assist with the delivery of media assets across various US Open marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate US Open email marketing campaigns to support business objectives including ticket sales, hospitality sales, merchandise and e-commerce and tune-in as well as analysis and email summary reports
  • Partner with Digital Team, Business Operations team and Email team on segmentation strategy, management and analysis of US Open first-party data source
  • Support US Open Marketing Manager and Hospitality Team with all Hospitality Marketing initiatives
  • Serve as primary liaison with US Open Ticket Office in the development and execution of US Open printed and digital collateral for all ticket holder messaging
  • Coordinate and execute US Open player communication plans
  • Assist with the development and execution of US Open ball crew marketing efforts including branding, digital marketing and other outreach efforts
  • Coordinate all post-event marketing recaps, including overall hindsight decks, sustainability summary and various marketing program overviews
  • Assist with organization and tracking of US Open on-site signage projects
  • Support US Open Marketing Manager and Merchandise Team with all Merchandise marketing initiatives
  • Support Pro Tennis marketing team with Fan Week marketing initiatives, including coordinating meetings and planning documents, support with execution as needed
  • Assist with new US Open digital initiatives in collaboration with Pro Tennis Marketing and Digital teams (i.e. Chatbot, SMS marketing programs, etc.)
  • Coordinate ongoing reporting and analysis of marketing landscape and industry trends
  • Coordinate logistics for USO experiential activation events
  • Assist with processing invoices, generating purchase orders and creating agreements

  • A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in marketing
  • Experience in either consumer package goods and/or sports and entertainment a plus
  • Strong strategic, creative and analytical skills
  • Strong strategic thinker and self-starter
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
