Assist in the development and execution of marketing initiatives for Pro Tennis Events, including US Open, Western & Southern Open, Laver Cup, Team Events and USTA Pro Circuit as well as USTA Foundation. Report to Director of Pro Tennis Marketing and Content and support Pro Tennis Marketing team. Proof of Covid vaccination required

  • Support Pro Tennis Marketing team across all areas of brand management including assisting in facilitation of logo approval requests
  • Assist with pro tennis media planning and delivery of assets across relevant Pro Tennis properties including Western & Southern Open as well as Team Events (Davis Cup and Billie Jean King Cup)
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns to support business objectives for pro tennis initiatives including Western & Southern Open ticket sales, and other pro tennis events as well as analysis and email summary reports
  • Partner with Digital Team, Business Operations team and Email team on segmentation strategy, management and analysis of first-party data sources for pro tennis properties
  • Coordinate the ESPN/Tennis Channel promotional inventory for the entire marketing department 
  • Assist in coordination of creative requests for W&SO; work with internal W&SO departments including but not limited to ticketing, sponsorship, volunteers and tournament operations to deliver on creative needs
  • Coordinate all post-event marketing recaps, including overall hindsight decks, tournament event recaps and various marketing program overviews
  • Support Director of Pro Tennis Marketing and Content on W&SO app marketing needs including production of creative assets and developing promotional plan
  • Support the development and execution of USTA Pro Circuit marketing creative and related marketing initiatives
  • Assist with execution of marketing initiatives of Team Events including Davis Cup and Billie Jean King Cup events
  • Assist with management of US Open on-site content during event including videoboard and audio messaging
  • Support execution of the USO elevated communication strategy and assist with tracking of messaging, including IPTV, stadium and any digital communication
  • Assist with development of sponsor integrated USO content and approval process
  • Assist with USTA Foundation marketing needs including email campaigns, collateral development and donor solicitations
  • Coordinate ongoing reporting and analysis of marketing landscape and industry trends
  • Assist with processing invoices, generating purchase orders and creating agreements

  • A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in marketing
  • Experience in either consumer package goods and/or sports and entertainment a plus
  • Strong strategic, creative and analytical skills
  • Strong strategic thinker and self-starter
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong Organizational skills
