Intern will work with 3-4 section leadership groups across the Innovation team to complete the exploration phase of the design thinking innovation process.  In the process, the intern is expected to gather data from the tennis customers and stakeholders to complete comprehensive customer needs analysis for 3-4 sections. Intern should be prepared to conduct research, evaluate information,  proactivity ask questions, identify gaps, analyze data and identify root cause of the problem that needs to be solved and create first prototype iteration. Intern will work under the direct supervision of Sr. Director, but is expected to be a self-motivator, work independently, and contribute to the team with insights and relevant data. Proof of Covid vaccination required
    • Example of work will include but not limited to: 
      • Apply Human-Centered Design-Thinking principles to understand customer pain points that can be solved in the products and services development process 
      • Identify unique opportunity of business to drive value to customers and business products and service opportunities 
      • Analyze developing trends, challenges and opportunities 
Qualifications
Applicants must be first year MBA/Graduate students; concentration in data anlaysis/business is preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal), as well as proficiency with G-Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, etc), Excel and Powerpoint

Internship dates: June 19th through August 12th
Salary: $25/Hr
Monday through Thursday 9am - 5pm, no work Friday
Hybrid internship with 2-3 days in the office each week. 
Candidates must have access to Wi-Fi during work hours and be able to connect to video conferencing when working from home
Housing will not be provided
