USTA Foundation Incorporated (USTAF or USTA Foundation), the national charitable arm of the United States Tennis Association Incorporated (USTA), utilizes the powerful combination of tennis and education to enhance the lives of under-resourced youth through its support of the National Junior Tennis & Learning (NJTL) network. For more than 50 years, NJTL has impacted thousands of under-resourced youth across the nation, and today the network features more than 250 chapters that reach more than 160,000 young people in diverse communities annually.
Responsibilities 
  • Coordinate USTA Foundation contract requests in Novatus.
  • Coordinate US Open cultivation ticketing program.
  • General grant research and Salesforce/donor database management.
  • Coordinate donor acknowledgments and gifts process, ensuring that the written thank you acknowledgments are sent to participants and donors and coded into Salesforce in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate pre-event details and registration, on-site event logistics, and post-event communication and follow-up. 
  • Assist in the coordination and successful execution of USTA Foundation activities.
  • Work with USTA Foundation Team and Finance on budgeting efforts.
  • Assist with revenue generation and story-telling opportunities as directed (PR, Social Media, etc.)
  • General administrative support for USTA Foundation Senior Director.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors college degree. 
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in non-profit work preferred. 
  • Demonstrated project and time management skills including prioritizing projects with multiple and often competing deadlines; ability to work under pressure 
  • Event experience is a plus. 
  • Professional manner that promotes respect, credibility, and inspiration with colleagues, USTA Foundation leadership, volunteers, national and regional corporations, foundations, and individual donors.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills as well as presentation skills.
  • Advanced competency on G-Suite products, Microsoft Office Applications, and CRM tools. Experience with Salesforce, Novatus, and Concur is a plus. 
  • Passion for the mission of USTA Foundation and the ability to ignite a shared passion in others.
  • This position is designated as "hybrid/flex" and may allow for both remote and on-site work.  Any such position must meet the current USTA hybrid/flex requirements as updated from time to time.  Please consult HR for the most current policy. 
An appreciation for sports and passion for tennis as a player and/or spectator is important. 
Pay range in the United States
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Base salary- $48,000-59,000/yr. 
This is a full-time, non-exempt position intended to work 35 hours per week.
