The Role
- Responsible for traditional membership operations. This includes oversight and execution of traditional communications, churn management, renewals, payments, and financial settlement.
- Manage the creation and continuous evolution of the three distinct pillars of Member Engagement & Retention- Player/Fan, Coach, and Facility
- Implementing and operating best-in-class Marketing Campaign Management platform to ensure efficient and successful email campaigns across National and Section partners.
- Owning audience platform strategy across DMP, CRM, unified data model, etc.,
- Evaluating, recommending, and implementing an enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tool that allows for shared visibility across the organization where needed (i.e., Customer Care, TSR, Sections, etc.,).
- Facilitate USTA Section learning and capacity building toward local member management and retention.
- Service and enable the strategic pillars of Community Tennis through a comprehensive reward and loyalty framework
- Develop 3rd party technology and tennis partnerships that takes advantage of the back-end and data capability of the USTA to track and grow participation across the country
Who You Are
- 5 -10 years of Digital Leadership experience.
- Experience in development and delivery of customer loyalty program(s).
- Leader in the membership space that can anticipate customer needs and deliver value in a pro-active manner.
- Strong partnership skills and experience working with various functional teams and partners.

The expected range for the base salary for this position is $120,000 to $146,000/yr. This range does not include any additional pay or benefits for which a person may qualify. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location from which they will be performing the job.
