Administration/General Management: Administrative/Executive Assistant
This position provides administrative support to the Advancement team.  This includes, but is not limited to support with data entry and database management.  This position also processes and handles all donations that come to The First Tee annually.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Three to five years of experience in fund development support or related area
  • Raiser’s Edge

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
  • Serve as first point of contact for donors and prospective donors via the telephone, specifically handling all memorial and honorary gifts and subsequent follow-up to these gifts.
  • Provide customer service to donors and other constituents by confirming receipt of contributions and fielding inquires.
  • Manage and oversee the donor database, Blackbaud-Raiser’s Edge, by inputting and maintaining all fundraising data.
  • Maintain accurate donor records, files of correspondence and company documents.
  • Create and produce customized reports to include budget, income, tracking, and analytical data.
  • Perform timely gift processing, coordinate record keeping with the Accounting department and prepare regular internal fundraising reports.
  • Work with accounting department to manage and reconcile development and business income records (including but not limited to monthly development revenue report, pledge status reports and annual audit preparations).
  • Coordinate departmental communications including receipt of funds, gift acknowledgements (twice weekly), pledge reminders, donor stewardship communications, and distribution of information to appropriate departments for external newsletter/communication as well as gather and edit department information for internal and external distribution.   This includes mailing lists and donor lists for publications. 
  • Organize and maintain development records, office files and other materials.
