Tournament Services Internship
Player Services & Pro Am 
Internship Dates:  August 17th – October 23rd, 2020
Hours:  40Hrs / Week                         
Location: Las Vegas (Summerlin), NV
The Tournament Services Intern, with an emphasis in Player Relations & Pro Am is involved with all planning stages of Player Services and execution of the Championship Pro Am leading up to and during Tournament Week. Intern MUST be available the evening of Tuesday, October 6th and the whole day of Wednesday, October 7th. 
  • Assist with organizing player transportation upon arrival and departure   
  • Collaborate with Tournament Services team and Pro Am Draft Party host venue to coordinate all components of onsite operation of draft party  
  • Assist in managing on-site pro-am registration, gifting suite, and food & beverage with vendors , Tournament Operations, and Pro Am Volunteer Committee 
  • Assist in coordination of Tough Day Challenge Tournament Event with Tournament Services team
  • Support Tournament Office and Tournament Manager with daily administrative tasks
  • Must be a team player and willing to meet and work with all tournament staff and volunteer committees to support and engage in all Tournament initiatives and activities
  • Other duties as assigned
The Tournament Services Intern reports directly to the Tournament Services Manager.
The 2020 Shriners Hospitals for Children Open brings the FedExCup to Las Vegas as the PGA TOUR returns to the Las Vegas valley for the 37th consecutive year.
