Ticketing Intern
 
Internship Dates: August 17th – October 23rd, 2020
Hours:  40Hrs / Week                         
Location: Las Vegas (Summerlin), NV
 
 
 Responsibilities
  • Responsible for coordinating credential and ticket fulfillment (sponsors, vendors, volunteers, etc.)
  • Assist with ticket inventory, and on-site fulfillment of tickets, parking passes, and specific credentials 
  • Help with on course entrance experience during special events prior to official play beginning
  • During the tournament help with troubleshooting issues on course with credentialing, wristbands, and ticket issues
  • Create wristband plan for all venues during tournament week, work with TSM and Volunteer manager to insure special venues are handled. 
  • Must be a team player and willing to meet and work with all tournament staff and volunteer committees to support and engage in all Tournament initiatives and activities
  • Other duties as assigned
 
 
The Ticketing intern reports directly to the Finance & Volunteer Manager. 
 
 
The 2020 Shriners Hospitals for Children Open brings the FedExCup to Las Vegas as the PGA TOUR returns to the Las Vegas valley for the 37th consecutive year. Many of the top golfers in the world will participate in the competition and help support the mission of Shriners Hospitals for Children®, from October 5th-12th, 2020.
