TPC Member Service & Vacation Sales Coordinator - Golf Course Properties

We presently have an opportunity for a TPC Member Service & Vacation Sales Coordinator within the Golf Course Propertiesdepartment. This position serves as support of the TPC Passport Program for the Tournament Players Club Network. Primary responsibilities will include the fulfillment of tee time and vacation packages for TPC Passport members and guest, PGA TOUR Corporate Marketing Partners, and public consumers. Full and part-time positions available 
Qualified candidates will have the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality or related field required
  • Minimum two years administrative support and client/customer service experience and thorough knowledge of general business procedures and client service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; high level of proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tool
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively present information
  • Ability to work independently and carry out detailed written or verbal instructions.
  • Limited holiday, evening and weekend work required

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • Complete all job functions in order to maximize vacation packages sales and revenue to public consumers
  • Assist with fulfillment of PGA TOUR Corporate Marketing initiatives (partner programs – United, MetLife, BankAmerica Card, and others as developed) and TPC Passport by responding and all appropriate requests and finalizing reservations as required
  • Handle all inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and with a positive attitude at all times
  • Participate in the development, implementation, and execution of outbound sales campaigns targeting new vacation sales
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of all TPC and partner courses including, but not limited to, course characteristics, facilities and amenities, policies, procedures, course conditions, seasonality, etc
  • Input and maintain accurate information and required details in CRM tool (Salesforce) for all outbound communications and reservation information
  • Effectively represent all brands while speaking with customers
  • Provide insight to Marketing Services and Business Development teams on customer feedback related to outbound content.
  • Anticipate customer needs and proactively provide excellent customer service
  • Assist with PGA TOUR Player initiatives/programs
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and provide updates as requested
  • Special projects or other duties as assigned
