Manager, Programmatic & Audience Solutions - Digital

We presently have an opportunity for a Manager, Programmatic & Audience Solutions in our Digital Department.  This position will coordinate the day to day operational activities of our programmatic & audience data initiatives within our Revenue Operations team, which includes managing our supply side programmatic partnerships, data management platform, and audience data products.    
Qualified candidates will have the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Analytics, or equivalent experience
  • 3 - 5 years of work experience in digital media ad operations, programmatic, or yield management with either a publisher, ad agency, or ad tech vendor
  • Strong analytical background and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent quantitative, communication, follow through, and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills 
  • Golf knowledge/background a plus

This position will work closely with Ad Operations, Ad Tech, Ad Product, and Inventory & Yield management to maximize and optimize programmatic revenue and inventory. This candidate has a keen understanding and experience with RTB, header bidding, data management platforms and ad tech platforms like DFP, AdX, Index Exchange, Appnexus, OpenX, and Criteo. 
  • Maximize performance of all programmatic revenue sources to achieve and exceed revenue goals 
  • Lead the setup and management of existing and future supply side platforms and third-party partners
  • Monitor creative quality running in the supply side platforms and run point on competitive blocking implementation across programmatic platforms 
  • Oversee all programmatic and indirect revenue reporting for finance and senior management
  • Design metrics, build, monitor, and maintain executive level dashboards to track key monetization trends
  • Coordinate all programmatic direct transactions (PMP, Private marketplace, and programmatic guaranteed) working in collaboration with Digital sales, inventory & yield teams, and sales planning. 
  • Lead audience segment development for Digital Sales and Marketing teams, utilizing the PGA TOUR’s data warehouse, CRM, data management platform, onboarding partners and any other audience data solutions available. 
  • Assist sales team with identifying data driven solutions for client RFP responses, utilizing our audience solutions and programmatic capabilities.
