The Washington Redskins ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic.  Individual should have a strong passion for sales, experience and a desire to build a career in professional sports. This position generates revenue through strategic prospecting, cold-calling and relationship building.  
This position will have an emphasis on B2B group sales.  
  • B2B sales to local DMV companies 
  • Meet or exceed all specified group sales goals
  • Game day responsibilities include meeting with group leaders, assisting in all group sales initiatives and game day assets as required to fulfill and meet the needs of clients
  • Retain, service, cross-sell and upgrade existing group accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients 
  • Conduct both in-stadium and field appointments to assist in closing new business and developing new relationships

Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • B2B sales experience 
  • 1 year of sales experience in a sports and entertainment environment
  • Experience with ticketing programs (Archtics, CRM)
  • Experience in a high volume sports and entertainment venue
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to ensure excellent customer care
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of outbound phone calls 
  • Maintain the mission & values of the Washington Redskins
