The Washington Football Team is seeking a Senior Partnership Marketing Manager to join the Corporate Sponsorship department. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, with the ability to manage high profile team sponsors while focusing on strategic implementations for optimizing partnerships. This role must be able to communicate clearly to executives at all levels (both internally and externally). This individual will be detail oriented and able to manage various tasks and meet demanding deadlines. The ability to take initiative and ownership of business accounts and projects, recommending solutions, and making informed decisions is a must. 

Expectations 
•                     Be a strategic thinker, acting as a consultant for WFT corporate partners, showing knowledge and expertise in partners respective categories

 Responsibilities 
•                     Develop a deep understanding and knowledge of partner business goals and objectives, and align annual activation campaigns against achieving these goals 
•                     Oversee and execute all elements of sponsorship contracts, including TV and radio media, digital assets, print advertising, stadium signage, special events, hospitality, and in-game promotions 
•                     Facilitate the production and placement of all partnership assets in coordination with ad agencies, media properties, broadcasters, publishers and promotional vendors 
•                     Assist in the detailed coordination of multiple high-profile events and game day experiences 
•                     Serve as the primary internal and external contact for execution and fulfillment of partnerships 
•                     Track and compile appropriate metrics that demonstrate ROI and growth opportunities for Washington Football Team corporate partners 
•                     Contribute to the sponsorship renewal process by providing strategic recommendations for partnership growth through storytelling through quantitative and qualitative data, preparing recap documents and collaborating with internal teams 
•                     Assist in the creation and build out of team marketing campaigns and platforms leveraging sponsorship opportunities and resources 
•                     Additional responsibilities may be included to ensure partnership, departmental and companywide success 

 Qualifications: 
•                     Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university 
•                     4+ years of experience with a consumer brand, agency or media/sports property is preferred 
•                     Availability and willingness to work all Washington Football Team home games and assigned events 
•                     Experience in developing activation marketing plans, promotions, presentations and proposals and demonstrated knowledge of general promotional concepts and marketing principles 
•                     Ability to develop and maintain interpersonal and corporate relationships 
•                     Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment 
•                     Excellent verbal and written communications skills 
•                     Proven experience to appropriately work with and around confidential information 
Experience working autonomously with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment 
•                     Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and myriad of third-party research (e.g. Nielsen, YouGov, etc.) 
•                     Ability to commute to FedExField located in Landover, MD
