Ticket Sales and Services: Ticket Sales Management
The Washington Football Team is seeking a Manager, Business Development that will be responsible for leading, training, and developing the sales staff.  The individual will have a clear understanding of the sales process and assist the season ticket sales team with driving revenue growth.

  • Act as a role model within and outside the Washington Football Team organization 
  • Foster a culture of growth and development for the sales staff 
  • Set departmental KPI’s for season ticket sales staff members and establish method of accountability for achieving all specified KPI’s 
 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Recruit a world class season ticket sales team
  • Coach and develop sales staff members on selling and prospecting appointments
  • Execute and plan large scale sales events 
  • Daily management of sales staff through established KPI’s 
  • Pipeline management of sales leads and prospects in the current CRM system 
  • Manage the execution of all sales programs and experiences on gameday
  • Attend face-to-face prospect appointments with the sales staff members 
  • Collaboratively work with all members of the ticket sales leadership team responsible for meeting or exceeding all ticket revenue goals
  • Other duties as assigned
 
Qualifications:
  • College graduate (4) year degree required
  • Minimum of (3) years of ticket sales experience (prior experience managing a sales team preferred)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
  • Archtics ticketing system experience preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication skill
  • Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
