Facility Operations/Event Staff: Game Day/Event Staff
The Houston Texans are looking for dynamic individuals who subscribe to the Club's core ideals such as character, hard work, discipline and teamwork. We are currently seeking candidates to fill this part-time position for our 2021 season gamedays.

 Title:   Welcome to Gameday Ambassador 
 FLSA Status:  Hourly, Non-Exempt 
Department:  Ticketing 
Reports to:  Senior Director of Ticket Operations

·   Bachelor’s degree, or in pursuit of Bachelor’s degree, from a four-year accredited college or university preferred. 
·   Customer service experience preferred. 
 Skills Required:  
·   Strong organizational and time management skills. 
·   Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communications. 
·   Ability to provide outstanding customer service and to build strong relationships with clients. 
·   Ability to self-motivate and work independently. 
·   Ability to act proactively in solving customer service issues.  
·   Ability to maintain confidential and/or proprietary information. 
·   Ability and internal drive to demonstrate a winning attitude and a strong work ethic in the performance of all job responsibilities. 
·   Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office software applications. 
·   Basic understanding of both iPhone and Android cellular phone equipment functions. 
·   Ability to project a professional demeanor and appearance at all times. 
·   Job requires walking around and standing for prolonged periods of time in various Club premises in and around NRG Stadium and NRG Park, as may be assigned.
 Basic Function:  
·   Assist Club customer service staff in responding to inbound phone calls relating to digital ticketing matters. 
·   Assist season ticket holders at Club and Lone Star Sports and Entertainment (“LSSE”) gamedays.
 Job Functions (duties and responsibilities):  
·   Handle all digital ticketing customer service matters at NRG Stadium gates at Houston Texans (“Club”) and LSSE gamedays. 
·   Demonstrate good customer service skills and patience in explaining the process of managing digital tickets to season ticket holders.  

This is a part-time job that will require you to work all Houston Texans home games for the 2021 football season in addition to other various Club-sponsored hospitality and/or VIP events as assigned.

This position requires a flexible weekend schedule and attendance at all 2021 Houston Texans season home games.
