REPORTS TO: VP, Allegiant Stadium Tours and Group Sales 

POSITION OVERVIEW  
The Raiders and Allegiant Stadium are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to build and oversee the day-to-day management of a ticket sales team for Allegiant Stadium tours and select ticketed events. The Manager is responsible for generating tour and other event ticket sales revenue on a year-round basis. Qualified candidates should have experience in attractions or live event ticket sales and management.  

  ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS   
  • Recruit, train, on-board and directly manage members of the tour and group sales team  
  • Monitor and track sales activity, output, and results related to key objectives  
  • Collaborate with the VP regarding strategy, initiatives and progress  
  • Aid in the development of a first-class attractions and live event ticket sales business  
  • Help build a training and customer service plan in alignment with the overall Allegiant Stadium hospitality program  
  • Set department strategy for call campaigns, contests and compensation  
  • Create best practices and advise on strategies utilizing CRM  
  • Develop and maintain a positive, productive culture while also leading by example  
  • Identify, vet and develop new revenue opportunities and create proposals for enhancing existing revenue sources  
  • Assign and maintain a full sales pipeline through tactical distribution of sales leads  
  • Assist in goal setting, strategic offers, and potential discounts and bundles  
  • Work around and sell tours before and after events at Allegiant Stadium  
  • Coordinate with Ticket Operations to maintain accurate and efficient sales processes  
  • Mentor staff by supporting and encouraging career development  
  • All other duties as assigned   
 
REQUIREMENTS   
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and sales experience 
  • Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of successful ticket or attractions sales experience.  
  • At least one year of successful sales management experience preferred  
  • Strong written and oral communication skills  
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce and Archtics preferred  
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships with employees, management and both internal and external stakeholders  
  • Process and detail oriented, organized and accurate with strong time management skills
