SUMMARY: This position will support the Sales Analytics & Engagement (SAE) team with day-to-day database responsibilities. A main focus of this associate will be to assist in the development of internal databases and support the hygiene of CRM data to empower the sales funnel. Duties will also include support for the pre-existing external data warehouse setup. 

In addition to the duties described above, the SAE Associate will take part in the Vikings’ exclusive Leadership Development Program. This program will provide regular opportunities for professional development, exposure to organizational leadership and the ability to develop skills critical for the Associate’s future career growth. A fundamental part of the program will include clearly defined goals between the Associate and their Supervisor that will be tracked and measured for progress throughout the term of the program.

This is a temporary position and expected to conclude at the end of May 2022, unless otherwise determined.
  • Assist the Solutions Architect adding and owning new data sources internally.
  • Importing and exporting data between databases.
  • Monitor all databases and troubleshoot as needed.
  • Create reports to summarize health and status of databases.
  • Assist with data integrity for security purposes.
  • Help ideate and develop new data structure for gameday reporting projects.
  • Clean and maintain native CRM data.
  • Support the Sales Analytics and Engagement team as needed with other ad hoc projects.

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel functions (vlookup, data validation, pivot tables/charts, if statements).
  • Computer Science knowledge and relevant experience/coursework.
  • Familiarity with visualization tools and data analysis.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and ability to learn new skills/processes quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working in a diverse, team environment.
