SUMMARY: This role is a hybrid of graphic design, social content marketing, and marketing photography. This position involves strategic planning for stylized shoots, content creation for promotional campaigns, and a general knowledge of influencer marketing. This role helps bridge the social media, photography, and creative teams.

  • Execute strong design experience in a various formats – print, banner, signage, web, specialty projects – while adhering to the brand standards of the Vikings and our sponsors.
  • Act as the primary photographer for the creative team. Responsible for lifestyle and curated photoshoots as well as product photography for marketing campaigns. 
  • Strategic planning and content creation for marketing campaigns on social media, primarily focusing on influencer marketing and reaching Millennial and Gen Z demographics.
  • Produce creative material efficiently.
  • Work independently and also respond to creative direction and feedback.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects on a daily basis.

  • 1-3 years experience working in a hybrid design roll that includes graphic design and photography.
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Media Arts, Design/Graphic Design or related field.
  • Understanding of typographic, layout, composition, color theory and design principles
  • Ability to fully execute lifestyle and product photography – Including, but not limited to, planning, art direction, photography, culling and editing.
  • Experience with social media curation and influencer marketing.
  • Produce creative material efficiently and with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects on a daily basis to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to take creative direction and feedback from others.
  • Ability to work independently but also discern when it is needed to ask questions or obtain help from others.
  • Available to work extended hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
