The Staff Assistant for Corporate Partnerships is responsible for multi-functional duties such as project support, fulfillment of partnership benefits, building presentations, and assisting with partner related events and appearances. Additionally, this position will support the Corporate Partnerships Activation team with coordination of day-to-day responsibilities, including administrative tasks related to activation business efforts.    


  • Provide direct support and assistance to Activation team to fulfill contractual obligations, including but not limited to partner events and appearances, sweepstakes and promotion fulfillment, and other special projects
  • Assist in partner recaps as needed, to include documentation of the delivery and fulfillment of each partner promotional element
  • Assist with game day and event responsibilities where assigned
  • Perform complex and confidential administrative functions including, but not limited to, building presentations, organizing confidential files, performing data entry, and maintaining accurate records
  • Work closely with the other members of the Corporate Partnership team to achieve department goals and objectives
  • Support the franchise mission statement, vision and values by exhibiting excellence, competence, collaboration, innovation, respect, empowerment of others, commitment to our community outreach programs, accountability and ownership of work
  • Other duties as assigned by Corporate Partnership Activation Team



  • College Degree (preferably in Marketing or Sports Management) or equivalent work experience
  • Marketing and promotions planning experience
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and projects while working with many categories of clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Photoshop
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required 
  • Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess high degree of discretion and professionalism
  • Must be creative and solutions-oriented
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlines/high pressure situations
