Responsible for all construction activities relating to track infrastructure and motorsport facilities. This includes site management and planning, through civil, erection and commissioning work, as well as management activities related to this scope. The role has moderate autonomy, requiring high levels of operational judgment, acting under the direction and with the support of the Project Manager.

  • Leading site team and managing execution of the project scope of
  • Liaising with contractors and suppliers on site and reporting on progress to senior management
  • Supervising construction workers
  • Monitoring project progress
  • Conducting quality and safety inspections
  • Checking and preparing site reports, designs, and drawings
  • Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise
  • Working on-site in all weathers, in a site office
  • Supporting the teams with builds
  • Managing operational day-to-day responsibilities of project
  • Previous experience in major event infrastructure, construction, or project
  • Previous experience/knowledge of AutoCAD/MS projects or other project management
  • Excellent understanding and working knowledge of safety & building codes of practice in
  • Excellent leadership and communication
  • Ability to use initiative and apply logical thinking skills to problem
  • Ability to work under pressure, often during unsociable hours to ensure successful project
