This CRM Sr. Manager is responsible for leading CRM initiatives for the Miami Dolphins, Miami Open, Hard Rock Stadium Events, and the Miami Grand Prix.  The role will be responsible for leading the CRM team in lead prioritization, lead distribution, conversion analysis, email segmentation, and employee training.  A successful candidate will have a passion for customer segmentation and organization, at least three years leading CRM initiatives, and be highly motivated with strong collaboration, time management, and organizational skills.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the direction and vision of the CRM and Sales Analytics team
  • Regularly meet and collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership
  • Conduct formal team check-ins with CRM staff on a regular basis
  • Serve as primary contact for CRM database and campaign management, fielding questions and providing recommendations based on industry best practices
  • Work with IT department on user management and development related projects

  • Leverage A/B testing and reporting to improve email-marketing KPIs
  • Work with Marketing team to schedule, coordinate sales lead generation and member communication efforts
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for marketing related data (variable/dynamic content, audience segmentation, and subscription centers)
  • Create and maintain marketing lists for paid social ads and other digital initiatives

  • Leverage user feedback to improve CRM usage 
  • Create flows to improve CRM processes and capture the necessary data points for future use 
  • Create and update dashboards and saved views for sales reps and managers 
  • Track call campaign progress and report necessary KPIs to management 
  • Develop and maintain user training and learning program

  • Manage sales and marketing initiatives through lead intake, lead scrubbing and organization
  • Work with CRM action items team to improve data hygiene, user management, data imports/exports, and other day-to-day CRM database related matters
  • Serve as an analytics resource to provide customer data and segment lists in addition to providing data related insight and context

  •  Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
  • Three or more years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM product preferred
  • Three or more years of experience with marketing automation software preferred
  • Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI preferred)
  • Knowledge of data querying tools (SQL preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
  • Strong collaboration, time management, and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Self-starter and high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the task at hand
  • Ability to articulate business objectives and manage large group discussions
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
