SUMMARY: 
The Project Manager will manage the creative flow for assigned clients of the Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium organization and our internal creative team/agency. The successful candidate has adept project management experience and is passionately committed to ensuring the highest levels of efficiency and quality within the Marketing department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Manage the execution and ongoing flow of assigned creative and production projects.
  • Partner closely with Client/Brand Strategists and subject matter experts in Marketing to understand project requirements, audience needs and timelines.
  • Hold a high standard for quality and willing to push others to achieve their best quality output.
  • Communicate weekly status updates on schedules, resources, risks and dependencies.
  • Participate in weekly status meeting to work through issues and set priorities for the week.
  • Help keep client projects on track and deliver on timelines.
  • Work consistently with many stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Meet the goals and requirements of creative and project briefs, with minimal revisions
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with outside vendors.
  • Negotiate and handle competitive bidding with suppliers and vendors; working in partnership with Procurement.
 
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to prioritize, mediate and cope with rapid change and be comfortable with problem solving while maintaining calm under pressure.
  • Be an excellent communicator across different media and have strong interpersonal skills managing across multi-functional internal and external teams.
  • Desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic company.
  • Design and creative agency experience a plus.
  • Hands-on experience working in a project management system to manage workflow.
  • Experience with vendor management is a plus.
  • Experience entering briefs into a project management system (Wrike, Airtable a plus), and configuring approval workflow.
  • Able to apply a creative eye at all stages of creative development, and direct designers to polish work to a final state.
  • Knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop .
  • Thrives managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
 
EXPERIENCE:
2+ years of creative project management experience including a track record of delivering projects in a fast-moving environment, ideally with a mix of agency and in-house experience.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management certification or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
