Parking Event Day IT Representative (Part-Time)

Summary:
The Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium are looking for a Parking Representative to assist with event day IT support for scanners during Miami Dolphins games, University of Miami Games, Miami Open, Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, concerts, soccer and other world class events.
Location:
This is a part-time/hourly position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL. This position pays $17 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Be proactive and friendly in greeting and assisting staff with various inquiries at all points of contact.
- Exhibit a professional appearance at all times.
- Maintain a working knowledge of Parking operations and Hard Rock Stadium policies and procedures to effectively assist with general questions.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with employees.
- Check functionality of handheld devices before distribution.
- Distribute all necessary materials to staff prior to reporting to their post and accurately document distributed handheld devices.
- Identify and resolve basic technical issues with handheld devices.
- Regularly check the status of handheld devices and report any potential device issues to management.
- Provide assistance with scanning parking passes (if necessary).
- Collect all distributed materials, connect scanners, and complete inventory of equipment post-shift.

Qualifications:
- Availability to work a minimum of 80% of ALL Hard Rock Stadium events, which includes Miami Dolphins and University of Miami home games, Miami Open, the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, concerts, soccer matches, and more. This will include weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
- Customer service experience (entry level or supervisory) preferred but not required.
- Must have a positive attitude and ability to deliver world-class service with a smile and outstanding communication skills.
- Requires attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing and difficult situations.
- Must have the ability to anticipate needs, assess situations and act accordingly.
- Prior IT experience (entry level or supervisory)
- MUST be fluent in English, Spanish beneficial.
